How to request a price match

Before placing your order, simply contact us with:

• A link to the competitor’s product page, or
• A written quote or screenshot showing the advertised price

Our team will verify the offer and confirm whether the price can be matched.

Price match conditions

• Price match approvals are valid for 48 hours from confirmation.
• After this period, pricing may need to be re-verified based on supplier costs and availability.

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

Identical product

The item must be identical in every way, including:

• Same brand
• Same model number
• Same specifications and capacity
• Brand new, unused product in original packaging

Australian authorised retailers

The competitor must be:

• An Australian registered retailer
• Must have an ABN (Australian Business Number)
• Selling genuine Australian stock
• Providing a valid Australian manufacturer warranty

We do not match prices from overseas sellers or grey import suppliers.

In stock and available

The product must be:

• Currently in stock
• Available for immediate purchase and delivery

Total price comparison

The price comparison must be able to be picked up within 20km from Tempe or include the total delivered price, including:

• Product price
• Shipping or freight charges
• Handling fees

Excluded offers

Price matching does not apply to:

• Clearance or liquidation sales
• Refurbished or open box items
• Damaged packaging items
• End of line products
• Limited time flash sales
• Pricing errors or misprints
• Marketplace sellers such as eBay, Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace or Amazon
• Use of coupon/discount codes

Installation packages

Price matching applies to product only. Installation costs are quoted separately and may vary depending on site conditions and installation requirements.

Verification

All price match requests are subject to verification. We reserve the right to contact the competitor or verify the advertised price before approving a match.

Final approval

We reserve the right to decline a price match where:

• The competitor pricing cannot be verified
• The price is below reasonable market value or wholesale cost
