Q: Can you special order a custom sized grille, vbox, uniboot, etc?
YES WE CAN! Just contact us with a diagram and the exact dimensions so that we can send you a quote. The lead time is approximately 2 weeks from date of payment, however, this is dependent on our supplier.
I can't find the product that I am looking for, can you special order it?
YES WE CAN! Just contact us with the model number and we will try out best to source it for you.
Are your products approved to be used in Australia?
YES THEY ARE! All electrical products that we sell have been sourced from suppliers located in Australia and have been Australian Standards approved.
Does your products have warranty?
YES THEY DO! Please contact us immediately if your product is faulty so that we can start the return process with our suppliers. Manufacturer warranty applies to all products.
Where is my order?
DON’T WORRY! All orders are dispatched with a tracking number with their respective delivery company. Please contact us if you have not received the order within the estimated delivery time frame, so that we can investigate further with the delivery company.
